MCS top clamps give Harley-Davidson riders the upper triple tree component that secures the handlebars to the fork assembly, directly influencing the appearance and feel of the cockpit on Sportster, Softail, Dyna and Touring models. The top clamp is one of the most visible components of the steering assembly — it bridges the two fork legs at the top of the triple tree and either incorporates a handlebar riser or provides a flat mounting surface for a separate bar clamp, making its design a significant part of the front-end visual composition.
