Transform the rear of your Touring bike with this Arlen Ness Bagger rear fender kit. This kit is a direct replacement for stock fenders on 2009 to 2013 FLT and Touring models. Made from primed, pre-drilled composite fiberglass, it is ready for paint and compatible with tires up to 200mm. The kit includes a plug-and-play Ness taillight, turn signal, and license plate mount that fits perfectly into the recessed fender area, along with internal steel supports and a hidden antenna. It provides a clean, gap-free look when paired with Ness saddlebag extensions. Note that it does not fit with Tour Pak or detachable backrests without custom modification, and the taillight mount is sized for US license plates.
