320-0469 00-06 Softail 4-5/8" stroke flywheel assembly

Designed for high-displacement 116 and 124-inch S&S engines, this flywheel assembly is a heavy-duty choice for 2000 to 2006 Softail models. It features a 4-5/8" stroke and is balanced for a 1035-gram total piston weight. The connecting rods feature straight wristpin ends, meaning they must be paired with S&S or compatible aftermarket pistons rather than stock units. Like other S&S assemblies, these are built to accommodate Timken sprocket shaft bearings for maximum durability. While they are compatible with the later OEM 24004-03B roller bearing found in 2003-up cases, the Timken conversion is the preferred route for these high-torque stroker motors. This set provides the reliability needed for big-bore Softail builds.
