This large retaining ring is a critical component for the shifter cam support in 5-speed Twin Cam transmissions. It fits 2000 to 2006 Softails, 2001 to 2005 Dynas, and 2001 to 2006 Touring models. Typically, two of these rings are required for a complete assembly. This part is a direct replacement for OEM 11319A and is sold in a pack of ten. When rebuilding a transmission or addressing shifting issues, replacing these retaining rings ensures that the internal components remain properly aligned and secured. Made to exacting standards, these rings provide the tension and durability needed for reliable gear changes over thousands of miles, preventing unwanted play in the shifting mechanism.
