This thermal processing removes the internal stress that typically leads to metal fatigue and cracking over time. The fender features a 36cm radius, so it is important to verify your tire's dimensions for the best fitment. Because it arrives in raw steel, you will need to perform some finish grinding and surface prep before it is ready for paint. This universal part is a great foundation for any custom front end.
