This precision tool is used to ream rocker arm bushings to a factory-spec fit of .0007" to .0012", ensuring they are perfectly in line with each other. It is capable of producing a 24 finish or better, reducing friction and wear. This reamer fits 1984 to 2017 Big Twin models (excluding Milwaukee-Eight), 1957 to 2022 XL Sportsters, 2008 to 2012 XR1200, and 1991 to 2010 Buell XB models. It is an essential tool for any serious engine builder.
