It is constructed from high-grade stainless steel and finished with a matte black Cerakote that is heat resistant up to 1800 degrees Fahrenheit. This system is designed in Switzerland and TIG-welded in Italy, focusing on pure mechanical reliability without the need for valves or electronics. The sound is exactly what you want from an Evo: a deep, bass-heavy idle that screams at high revs. Sold as a set, it fits 1986 to 1999 Evolution Softail models and 1988 to 1994 FXR models. It is Euro 0, 1, and 2 homologated for street-legal use, provided you keep the standard baffle intact.
