This American-made pinion shaft bushing from Jims is a high-performance solution for Big Twin models from 1936 through 1999. It is designed to fit Dyna, FXR, Softail, and Touring models, replacing OEM 25582-73. For mechanics dealing with out-of-centerline nose cone covers on 1973–1992 models, this special repair version features a .5455-inch inner diameter to correct alignment issues. Please note that this repair version comes plain, so you will need to mill the oil groove or drill the oil hole during installation. It provides a robust, precision-machined surface that ensures your pinion shaft remains stable under load, maintaining critical engine timing and oil pressure.
