If you are struggling to turn over a high-compression or large-displacement engine, this Easy Start clutch shell is the solution. Designed for Dyna, FXR, Softail, and Touring models, it features a 66-tooth starter ring gear paired with a 9-tooth starter motor pinion gear. This revised gearing ratio provides significantly more cranking torque, taking the strain off your starter motor and battery. The shell comes with the bearing and retaining ring factory-installed and is designed to work with your stock clutch hub and discs. It is a direct replacement for OEM number 37707-98 and is an essential upgrade for any performance-built Twin Cam or Evolution Big Twin.
