When you're upgrading your carb to a Mikuni HSR45, a Screamin' Eagle, or even just sticking with a stock Keihin CV, you need a manifold that can flow the air. This S&S Cycle manifold is precision cast from aluminum and is much stronger than the factory equivalent. It fits 1990–1999 Evolution Big Twins and 1999–2006 Twin Cam models, replacing OEM 27019-89A. Note that you'll need to use special S&S manifold-to-head seals for the installation to ensure a proper airtight fit. It is a rugged, high-performance piece of kit that helps your engine breathe better and run more efficiently.
