This Zodiac pulley and belt kit is the ideal solution for Softail owners experiencing belt rub after installing a wide swingarm. By using a specific 29-tooth front and 65-tooth rear pulley combination, this kit provides the extra clearance needed to prevent the belt from marking the lower swingarm tube. It is compatible with 1985–2005 Softail models and specific 2006 models including the Heritage, Fat Boy, Deluxe, and Deuce. The rear pulley is intended for a 1 1/8-inch belt and maintains a near-stock final drive ratio of 2.24. This kit ensures your custom wide-tyre project remains reliable and free from drivetrain interference.
