Upgrading to a Denso OSGR style high-torque starter is a smart move for any Big Twin owner looking for more reliable cranking power. This unit is a complete replacement for the stock 1.2 kW starter, offering a boost to either 1.4 kW or 1.8 kW. It fits a wide range of Dyna, FXR, Softail, and Touring models from 1989 to the present day. Constructed with all-new parts and hardened intermediate gears, it is built to handle the demands of a heavy-duty engine. This starter is a direct replacement for OEM 31558-90 and includes a lifetime warranty on the starter clutch for stock applications. The plain finish is accented by a chrome solenoid cover and thru-bolts.
