This Zard 2-into-1 Short Cone exhaust system brings a high-end, performance-focused aesthetic to the modern Milwaukee-Eight Softail. Crafted from premium AISI 304 stainless steel, the system features visible Mig welds and a durable matte black Cerakote finish, topped off with black aluminum end caps. It is precision-engineered using advanced 2D and 3D laser technology and robotic bending for a perfect fit on 2018 through 2024 Softail Breakout 117 and Fat Boy 114 models. This system is Euro 4 and 5 homologated, making it a fully road-legal option that retains its certification as long as the Db killer remains unmodified. For those looking to complete the look, optional heat shields are available separately in polished or matte black finishes.
