Brake pads, discs, calipers, braided lines and master cylinders for Sportster, Dyna, Softail and Touring — over 5,300 lines in stock. Pads are the real decision: organic compounds are quiet and gentle on polished discs, while sintered pads like EBC's Double-H bite harder in the wet or two-up and last longer, at the cost of faster disc wear. The symptoms map cleanly to parts: a lever that slowly comes back to the bar wants braided Goodridge lines and fresh fluid before anything else; a pulse through the lever is a warped or worn-thin disc; grinding means the pads went metal-to-metal and the disc is probably part of the bill now. Watch the platform split when ordering — Touring models from 2008 on run Brembo calipers and take different pads from the earlier Harley calipers, so check the year, not just the model.

Use these explanations to choose a matching pedal pad by application, size and finish. The existing catalogue and guidance for discs, calipers, friction pads and other brake components remain below and in the normal results. No braking-performance improvement is claimed for these decorative control pads.
The products linked to these films are the pads your boot contacts on the brake pedal. They are not the friction pads inside the brake caliper. The films show wider accessory collections; their other products and features are separate from these exact pedal-pad results.
The Carbide Collection uses forged billet aluminium with either bright chrome or black anodising and machined highlights. Its slashed detailing carries through the rider and passenger foot supports, hand controls and smaller trim pieces. Black rubber contact surfaces on the boards and pegs are intended to give a positive grip. These are separately chosen accessories: the film’s complete collection is not one kit, and the products linked below are the members matched to this category.
For passengers, the film compares footboards with footpegs, alongside matching rider footboards. The passenger-board variants matter: 50503325 and 50503326 require the listed passenger-footboard support and explicitly exclude Trikes. The 2026-on Trike passenger boards are 50503327 and 50503328. A similar appearance does not make those versions interchangeable.
For a stretched-out riding position, the film pairs highway pegs with separate engine-guard mounts. Mounts 50503333 in black and 50503334 in chrome are supplied as a pair with necessary mounting hardware, for the specified 2024-on models with 1.25-inch engine guards. The footpegs are sold separately. Choose both the correct mount and the appropriate pegs rather than assuming the pictured assembly is included in either listing.
The separate Carbide heated grips have high, medium and low settings with thermostatic control to maintain the selected temperature. A flexible PCB heating element distributes heat, with independent temperature sensing and control for the left and right grips. Settings are controlled by the left-grip button or touchscreen and indicated on the motorcycle display. The grips are sold as a pair. Their exact fitment excludes FXBB and FXBR, so seeing this collection on a Breakout footboard page does not make its heated grips suitable for that bike. Some 2024 Street Glide and Road Glide installations may need a dealer Digital Technician update.
A matching brake-pedal pad and shifter peg complete the control-area treatment, both with rubber contact surfaces. Heating belongs to the heated grips, and included mounting hardware depends on the specific item. Use the category’s actual product links to choose the relevant accessory and check its finish, motorcycle and fitting requirements before combining pieces.

Redline brings together precision-machined, forged aluminium pieces in red, blue and black anodised finishes. Those colours describe the collection; each linked product has its own finish and fitment. The rider, passenger and highway pegs and rider footboards have open shapes, raised edges and cleats that H-D describes as gripping boot soles. Optional black rubber Comfort Inserts change their look and feel: 50503139 fits Redline rider footboards, while 50503140 fits Redline rider, passenger or highway pegs. Both insert sets are separate purchases, supplied as pairs, with retaining tabs rather than fitting tools or fasteners.
The hand grips use an anodised aluminium body with rubber contact surfaces. Their glueless design allows removal for servicing without damage, according to the exact listing; that feature belongs to the grips rather than the decorative covers. The brake-pedal pads come in small and large versions with a forged aluminium body and black rubber centre. The matching shifter peg adds tapered ends and a machined bevel, so the controls carry the same design without being interchangeable parts.
The derby cover, timer cover and fuel cap use curved machined spokes with a central Bar & Shield motif. These are appearance details, not engine-performance upgrades. The film shows the collection together, while the links here identify the actual pieces in this category. Choose the correct part, size and finish for the bike, and check any required mounts or separate inserts; a shared Redline name does not establish common fitment or included accessories.

This film presents the black anodised Switchback Collection. Forged billet aluminium, pronounced knurling and rubber contact surfaces give the controls and foot supports their textured character. H-D describes the pieces as lightweight additions, without quoting a weight saving. The black anodising protects the exposed aluminium, while the knurled and rubber areas are intended to provide a secure-feeling contact surface. Those contact features do not belong to every decorative cover.
The collection includes regular hand grips and a separate heated-grip option, rider and passenger footpegs, footboards, mirrors, brake-pedal pads, shifter pegs, derby covers and timer covers. They share a visual treatment, but not one fitment or function. In particular, regular grips 56100564 and heated grips 56100574 have model restrictions including FXBB and FXBR exclusions; a Switchback film on a Breakout trim category does not override those restrictions.
Check the exact member’s fitting parts as well as its finish. Rider footboards 50502476 reuse the original hardware, which is not supplied with them. Mirrors 56000343 include the left and right mirrors and mounting hardware, but some motorcycles need the specified fairing plugs. The actual products in this category are linked below. The black-collection film does not establish the finish or suitability of clear-anodised or other same-name variants.

Redline offers small and large brake-pedal pads with a forged aluminium body and rubber centre. The links name the size as well as black, red or blue finish. Similar-looking part numbers in the same colour still have their own applications; choose by the exact pedal and motorcycle rather than by colour alone.
Carbide combines its slashed detailing with a rubber contact surface and the listed black or chrome finish. Redline has the rubber centre within its coloured aluminium body; the black Switchback pad follows its textured collection treatment. These are appearance and contact-surface distinctions, not measured stopping-distance or brake-force claims.
Check the exact pedal-pad fitment and fitting instructions, including any reused hardware. A new pad does not supply a brake-pedal assembly, a forward-control conversion, friction pads or a hydraulic repair. If the job concerns braking operation rather than the contact surface, use the relevant existing brake category and exact component information.
Start with the braking system fitted to your motorcycle, then compare the pads, discs, lines and service parts that belong to it.
Use the exact model and year, front or rear position, and ABS or linked-brake specification when checking a part. Harley-Davidson braking systems vary between generations and models; a familiar model name or a similar-looking pad does not establish a match. If the motorcycle has aftermarket calipers, wheels or discs, identify those components as well as the original bike.
For friction pads, check the caliper application and the number of pads supplied. For rotors, compare the specified diameter, thickness, mounting pattern and wheel application. A larger disc needs a compatible system; size alone is not an upgrade recipe.
Compound affects how a pad feels and wears, but start with a pad approved by its manufacturer for the caliper and disc you use. EBC describes its organic road pads as having a progressive feel and a gentler interaction with the rotor. Its Double-H sintered range is designed for strong wet- and dry-weather friction; its semi-sintered V-Pads offer another balance of feel and durability for listed applications.
Those are product-range distinctions, not a promise that every sintered pad is better for every rider or compatible with every decorative disc. Check the disc manufacturer's compound restrictions and the pad instructions. Persistent squeal calls for inspection of the fitted system; it does not establish that a different compound or reshaped pad will fix the cause.
Confirm the fluid specification in the correct motorcycle manual and on the installed system before buying. Silicone DOT 5 and glycol-based DOT 4 must not be mixed. DOT 5.1 is a different, non-silicone specification; the similar number does not make it DOT 5. If the reservoir marking, manual or modification history disagree, have the system identified before adding fluid.
Use the model-specific inspection and replacement schedule, including any ABS service requirements. Glycol-based fluid absorbs moisture, and its condition cannot be established from the bike's age or appearance alone. Unknown service history is a reason to arrange an inspection and establish the correct service, rather than assume a flush will cure an existing braking fault.
A brake-line kit must match the fittings, routing and system on the bike. Handlebar or fork changes can alter the required length; ABS equipment also matters. Braided construction is not a substitute for correct application or a diagnosis of a soft lever.
Choose calipers and master-cylinder service parts from the component actually fitted. A sinking lever, dragging wheel, leak or grinding noise needs a competent brake inspection before further riding. The table below helps identify what to discuss and which parts to compare after the cause is established; it is not a diagnosis from the symptom alone.
| What you notice | What to establish before ordering | Parts to compare after inspection |
|---|---|---|
| Lever feels spongy or continues towards the grip | Have the hydraulic system checked for the cause; fluid, air, leaks and component faults need different remedies. | The specified fluid and master-cylinder service parts, only where the inspection calls for them. |
| Wheel drags or a brake becomes unusually hot | Confirm why the brake is not releasing before selecting replacement parts. | Application-matched caliper parts or lines if a fault is found there. |
| Pulsing through the lever or pedal | Have the disc, pads and mounting checked against the system's measurements and service limits. | Correct rotors and pads where required; do not order a disc on feel alone. |
| Persistent squeal | Check the installed pads, disc condition and hardware rather than assume a model-wide compound fault. | Compatible pads and any specified hardware; follow their installation instructions. |
| Brake light stays on, flickers or fails | Identify whether the switch, wiring or another electrical component is responsible. | The correct brake-light switch only when it is the confirmed fault. |
| Grinding when braking | Inspect pad and disc condition and apply the model-specific wear limits before riding again. | The required pads and, where damaged or out of limits, rotors. |
