Returns & Refunds
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund of the item price. We want every customer to be completely satisfied — if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
You may return any item within 14 working days from the day after you receive it, provided the product is:
- In unused, as-new condition
- In the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of equivalent quality)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the item price. Postage and packaging charges are not refunded. We recommend using an insured delivery service when returning items.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please raise a support ticket through your account:
- Log in to your account and go to Support Tickets
- Select "Return or refund" as the category
- Include your order reference and the item(s) you wish to return
- We will send you a return code and confirm the return address
- Write the return code on the outside of the packaging and post the item back to us at your expense

Returns are handled at our Leeds fulfilment centre. Once you have received your return code, please send items to:

Please include your return code clearly on the outside of the packaging so we can identify your return quickly.
Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel any order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To cancel, please raise a support ticket or contact us in writing. You must retain possession of the goods and keep them in the same condition as delivered until they are returned to us.
If you qualified for free shipping and a cancellation or return takes your order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If an order is cancelled after shipping, or delivery is refused, the shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.
Refunds
Please allow up to 21 days from our receipt of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Postage and packaging charges are not refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please examine your goods on arrival. If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or develops a fault within 3 months of delivery (other than through normal wear and tear or misuse), we will refund the full purchase price including postage, or replace the item at your choice.
Please raise a support ticket as soon as possible and no later than 7 working days of receipt, or of the fault developing. We will arrange a refund or replacement.
If we sent the wrong item, we will arrange collection and either ship the correct part or issue a full refund. Collection is available for UK mainland orders — for other locations, we will ask you to return the item and cover the postage.
Please allow up to 30 days from our receipt of your item for a refund or replacement to be processed.
Important Information
- Returns must be made within 14 working days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging.
- Return postage is at the customer's expense (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been used, damaged after delivery, or is not in its original packaging.
- None of the above affects your statutory rights.
