MCS sensors cover the full span of fuel-injected Harley-Davidson engine management systems — from the earliest EFI applications on 2000 to 2003 FLT/Touring and Dyna through 2004 to 2005 Dyna and Sportster, 2001 to 2017 Softail, 2006 to 2017 Dyna, 2004 to 2016 FLT/Touring, 2006 to 2022 XL Sportster, 2008 to 2012 XR1200, and 2002 to 2017 V-Rod. The 2000 to 2003 first-generation EFI Harley-Davidson is a distinct system from later refinements — sensors from later years aren't compatible, and MCS lists these early platforms separately. Oxygen sensors, MAP sensors, throttle position sensors, and gear position inputs all fall within the range. Getting the correct OEM-specification sensor back into a Harley-Davidson EFI system is what restores correct fuelling and clears persistent fault codes.
