Ride Wright have been hand-lacing custom spoke wheels for Harleys out of Anaheim since 1999. Forty, fifty, sixty, eighty, and one-twenty spoke counts, trued to within five thousandths of an inch, pressure-tested if you've gone tubeless — this is wheel building done properly. They also turn out matched rotors and pulleys.

Spec it the way you want it: rim size, finish, hub, spoke count. Build quality is what you'd expect from a small Californian shop that does this and only this — not a wheel pulled from a stock pile.
