S&S manifolds are purpose-built induction components for Harley-Davidson engines that demand more from their intake than the stock manifold delivers — covering 1955 to 1965 Panhead O-ring heads, 1966 to 1978 Shovelhead O-ring in 93-inch high-compression configuration, 1978 to 1984 Shovelhead band-type in both 96-inch and 103-inch displacement builds, and 2018 to 2024 Softail and 2017 to 2025 Touring Milwaukee-Eight excluding the FLTRXSE, FLTRXSTSE, and FLHXSE CVO versions. The displacement details on the Shovelhead listings matter — a 103-inch Shovel runs different manifold geometry to a standard displacement engine, and S&S specifies these separately.
