The Vance & Hines Big Radius 2-into-2 exhaust system is an icon of custom styling, featuring streamlined curves that define the look of a modern Softail. This chrome system isn't just for show; it delivers significant gains in power and torque along with a signature hot-rod sound. The 2 1/2-inch diameter plasma-cut heat shields provide full coverage to virtually eliminate visible blueing, keeping your pipes looking new for years. This set fits 1986 to 2017 Softail models, excluding Rockers, Breakouts, and CVO engines. It comes equipped with 18mm O2 sensor threads, so you may need plugs or reducers depending on your specific year and sensor setup. The baffles are removable if you want to change the sound profile.
