This S&S Easy Start gear drive HP103 camshaft kit is a top-tier upgrade for 1999 to 2006 Twin Cam owners, excluding 2006 Dyna models, who want to eliminate chain tensioner worries. These cams feature a .575-inch lift and are perfect for 103-inch engines with compression ratios up to 10.5:1, providing excellent top-end power between 3000 and 6000 RPM. The gear drive system ensures precise timing and long-term reliability. Thanks to the Easy Start centrifugal compression release, your bike will start easily even with a stock battery. This complete kit includes inner and outer gears, hardware, bearings, and gaskets. Note that clearancing and high-lift valve springs are required, and these are not for use with kickstarters or S&S 79cc heads.
