This S&S cam chest kit offers a complete overhaul for the heart of your Twin Cam Dyna, Softail, or Touring motorcycle. It is designed to replace the stock oil pump, cam support plate, pushrods, and tappets with high-performance S&S components. One of the biggest advantages for owners of older Twin Cams is the upgrade to the late-style hydraulic cam chain tensioner system, which provides much better reliability and peace of mind compared to the original spring-loaded versions. Along with the improved timing accuracy, the high-volume S&S oil pump ensures your engine stays properly lubricated under high-stress conditions. It is an essential upgrade for any rider looking to combine increased horsepower with long-term mechanical stability.
