It is a plain aluminum backing plate that comes with the feed and return holes already tapped and threaded, making it easy to integrate into your custom oiling system. The kit includes two threaded mounting studs to simplify installation. This is the perfect solution for mounting a standard OEM-style spin-on oil filter in a custom location on a chopper or bobber project where the stock mounting point just won't work.
