About This Product
Samwel mainshaft oil seal retainer. It replaces OEM 35219-41 and 2293-41. It fits 1941 to 1973 45-inch Flathead models. This retainer holds the mainshaft oil seal square in the 750cc side-valve transmission case. Old retainers often distort or corrode, which lets the seal leak past the bore. Check the retainer bore in the case for damage before fitting this, and fit a new seal at the same time.
