About This Product
This transmission to mount plate stud is a heavy-duty fastener used to secure the transmission housing to the mounting plate on 1932-1973 45" Flathead models. Each stud features 7/16-14 threads on one end and 7/16-20 threads on the other, providing a secure and stable connection for the drivetrain. It is a direct replacement for OEM numbers 2318-26 and 34725-26. Typically, three of these studs are required for a complete installation. When you are mounting a transmission, using high-quality studs like these from Samwel ensures that the gearbox stays properly aligned and vibration is kept to a minimum on your vintage side-valve Harley.
