Arlen Ness designed the Down-n-Out stretched fender kit to give your Bagger a seamless, ultra-low profile look. This fender is a direct replacement for the factory unit and is specifically shaped to flow perfectly with Ness Down-n-Out saddlebags. It is constructed from high-quality composite material that is oven-cured for maximum stability and comes finished in a polyester sanding primer, ready for your painter. This version features dual muffler cut-outs and includes exhaust extensions, chrome heat shields, hidden steel support brackets, and a hidden antenna. It fits 2009 to 2013 FLT Touring models and is sold as a complete kit.
