Biltwell Keystone XL handlebar. Eight-and-a-half-inch rise, one-inch outer diameter. Chrome finish. Built from seamless 4130 chromoly steel. Angular Z-bar design with precision mitred joints and TIG welding. Taller than the standard Keystone bar. Gives a distinct look on custom Harley-Davidson projects. Intended for one-inch risers and standard hand controls. Check your cables have enough free length for the extra rise. Sold individually.
