This Biltwell Zero Drag handlebar is constructed from 1-inch OD seamless 4130 chromoly tubing with a 0.120-inch wall thickness for maximum durability. The chrome finish provides a classic look, while the CNC-machined slots allow for clean internal cable routing. Designed specifically for modern Harley-Davidson setups, the right side is internally tapered and notched to accept Throttle-By-Wire modules. All bends are executed on a CNC mandrel bender to eliminate flat spots, and joints are precision mitered and TIG welded. This bar offers a low-profile, aggressive stance for riders seeking a minimalist aesthetic without sacrificing structural integrity. Sold individually.
