About This Product
James Gaskets rubber fill plug and horn bumper. It replaces OEM 11428. On 1979-1984 FLT Touring it seals the secondary chain housing fill hole on oil-bath primary models. On 1973-1985 XL Sportster it fits behind the horn as a bumper. Sold as a pack of five. Old ones go hard and fall out. A missing bumper lets the horn buzz against the frame.
