Progressive Suspension 422 Series heavy-duty shocks, part number 422-4001C H, for Softail models 1989 to 1999. Chrome finish. They mount out of sight under the frame. The heavy-duty spring rate carries more load and reduces bottoming. Nitrogen-charged gas dampers. Adjustable ride height and preload. Sold as a pair. Use them when you haul heavy kit or run two-up and need the extra support without the shocks showing.
