About This Product
Knipex StriX 180mm insulation strippers. Adjustable knurled screw and locknut set the depth for single, multiple, or fine stranded wire. Bolted joint gives zero backlash. Shear blades are induction hardened to 60 HRC and cut copper cable up to 15mm diameter. Forged from multi-stage oil-hardened tool steel. Black phosphate coating with multi-component grips. Useful when you are running new loom sections and need to strip heavy gauge cable cleanly without nicking every strand.
