The Arlen Ness Rotator II is an 11.5-inch floating brake rotor designed for left-side installation on Harley-Davidson motorcycles. This two-piece design features a stainless steel outer friction ring joined to a CNC-machined inner carrier by specialized floating hardware. The floating mechanism allows the outer ring to expand and contract independently under extreme heat, preventing warping and ensuring the rotor remains perfectly aligned with the brake pads. This configuration improves lever feel and provides more consistent stopping power during aggressive riding.
