Arlen Ness Rotator II 11.5-inch floating brake rotor for right-side fitment on Harley-Davidson. Two-piece assembly with a stainless steel outer rotor and machined inner carrier joined by floating pins. The outer ring expands with heat without cupping or warping, so the braking surface stays smooth and true. That keeps the lever feel consistent and manages heat through hard stops. Sold individually.
