About This Product
Carbon buildup and corrosion can easily ruin the threads in your exhaust's O2 sensor bungs. This Jims 18mm thread chaser is the professional way to clean those threads without the risk of removing too much material. It is designed for 2006 to 2009 Touring models and 2006 to 2011 Dynas, Softails, Sportsters, and V-Rods. Please note that this is a chaser meant for cleaning and restoring existing threads, not a tap for cutting new ones. Using this before installing new sensors ensures a smooth fit and a proper seal every time, preventing exhaust leaks and sensor damage.
