James Gaskets valve guide gasket is for the 45-cubic inch (750cc) Flathead engine. It fits 1938 to 1973 45-inch Flathead models. It replaces OEM 18198-38. It seals the valve guide to prevent oil consumption. It is manufactured to factory specifications. Sold in a pack of twenty.
