This Kibblewhite Black Diamond exhaust valve is a premium standard-size replacement for 1986 to 2003 XL883 Sportster models. Replacing OEM 18030-86, this valve is manufactured in the USA from a one-piece stainless steel forging. It features a 1.350-inch head diameter, a 0.3095-inch stem diameter, and an overall length of 4.640 inches. To ensure maximum durability in the high-heat environment of the exhaust port, KPMI applies a black nitride finish that reduces friction and resists wear better than traditional chrome-plated valves. Using the latest CNC and 3D computer modeling, Kibblewhite ensures each valve meets exacting tolerances, providing a reliable seal and improved longevity for your Sportster's cylinder heads.
