When it comes to valvetrain reliability, Kibblewhite’s Black Diamond intake valves are a staple in any high-performance shop. This standard-size replacement valve is a one-piece stainless steel forging, finished with a black nitride coating for superior wear resistance and reduced friction. With a 1.805-inch head diameter and a 4.525-inch overall length, it is built to exacting tolerances using advanced CNC and 3-D modeling. This valve fits 2004–2022 Sportster XL1200, 2008–2012 XR1200, and 2003–2010 Buell XB models. It serves as a direct replacement for OEM number 18690-02, offering American-made quality for stock or high-performance rebuilds.
