This Kibblewhite Beehive valve spring kit is a smart upgrade for anyone looking to reduce valve train mass and improve stability in 1984 to 2004 Big Twin or 1986 to 2003 XL Sportster models. The one-piece Beehive design is wound from high-quality chrome silicone wire, then shot-peened and heat-treated to ensure a long service life even under high-stress conditions. This kit is rated for up to .660-inch valve lift and is sold as a kit including steel upper and lower collars along with special 9-degree angled valve keys. It is designed to work with stock 5/16-inch valve stems, providing 178 lbs of seat pressure. It is an ideal choice for both stock refreshes and moderate performance builds where you want to keep the valve train light and responsive.
