About This Product
The Andrews AB grind camshaft is a fantastic street cam for late 1977 to 1984 Shovelhead models. It combines the intake timing of the popular A cam with the longer exhaust duration of the B cam, resulting in improved high-end performance and lower oil temperatures during hot weather riding. With a .450-inch valve lift, it is designed to install without the need for headwork on most models. However, if you are running a 1981 to 1982 Shovelhead, keep in mind that the stock valve guide height may restrict travel to .430 inches, so you will want to check your clearances during the install.
