About This Product
This is a Colony 45 inch cylinder head stud kit. It fits 1929 to 1950 45 inch Flathead models with cast iron heads. The set contains 16 studs. They are machined from high-strength steel and hardened to OEM specifications. The threads are rolled, not cut, so they are stronger than cut threads. They are 3/8-16 thread pitch. The black parkerizing is period-correct. These resist stretching under clamping load and cylinder pressure. Use them when rebuilding the top end. Sold as a set of 16.
