220-000 Seal Piston Rings

Engineered by Total Seal Inc., these piston rings are designed to handle the rigours of high RPM and big bore Harley-Davidson builds. The TSS sets are tailored for street use, featuring a moly-coated cast iron top ring that exceeds standard specifications. Central to the kit is the patented Gap-less second ring, which eliminates end gap issues and maintains a tight seal even as wear occurs. This design significantly reduces blow-by and helps manage engine oil temperatures. For high-performance builds, the TS1 variant offers a plasma ductile iron top ring capable of surviving nitrous or blown environments. This product is sold in sets for one single piston.
