When a Big Twin crankcase has significant wear in the pinion bushing bore, this JIMS plus .032 inch oversized bushing is the heavy-duty solution you need. It is designed to fit 1957 to 1978 Big Twin models and provides a massive increase over the standard 2.1270 inch outer diameter. This allows a machinist to bore out a damaged case and press in a fresh, secure steel bushing. Complete with locking detents to prevent rotation, this part is essential for saving vintage cases that might otherwise be scrapped. Like all JIMS components, it is machined to exacting standards to ensure the pinion shaft runs true, maintaining critical engine timing and oiling performance.
