Andrews second gear mainshaft tooth wheel for Harley XL four-speed gearboxes. This is the standard ratio. It fits 1956 through 1990 XL models. The gear is cut from hardened steel and finish-machined to mesh correctly with the countershaft cluster. Andrews cuts these to tight tolerances for consistent shift quality. Fit it when the original has worn or chipped teeth. It restores quiet running and positive engagement.
