These James Gaskets oil pump body-to-case gaskets are made from .031-inch fibre-reinforced paper and fit 1991–2022 XL Sportster engines, excluding the 2008–2012 XR1200. They replace Harley-Davidson OEM parts 16495-89, 26495-89A, and 26495-89B. Sold in a pack of ten, which gives you plenty for multiple services. If your oil pump is seeping where it meets the crankcase, a fresh gasket is the proper fix rather than just tightening the bolts. James Gaskets are a well-known aftermarket choice for Harley-Davidson engines and the fibre-reinforced paper seals reliably when torqued to spec.
