This Andrews 34-tooth cam driven gear kit is a vital upgrade for 1999 Twin Cam models, replacing the discontinued OEM part number 25563-99. The original 1999 design was notorious for sheared woodruff keys, which could lead to catastrophic valvetrain failure. Andrews solved this by using a material four times stronger than the original and moving to a one-piece design. This allows for a woodruff key that is .350" longer, significantly increasing the overall strength of the assembly. The kit includes the gear, bolt, key, washer, and three spacers, making it an essential reliability fix for early Twin Cam owners, especially in high-performance applications.
