About This Product
These Hastings chrome-moly piston rings are intended for 1941 to early 1978 1200cc Big Twin engines that have been bored to a .070 inch oversize. This is often the final oversize available for vintage 3-7/16 inch bore cylinders, allowing them to be put back into service. The set includes 1.6mm compression rings and a 4.75mm oil ring, sold as a pair to complete both cylinders. The chrome-moly construction provides the strength needed for these larger bores. It is essential to measure your piston grooves before installation to ensure these rings will seat properly and provide the reliable compression Hastings is known for.
