It’s a pre-fabricated, approved line made from clear-coated stainless steel, designed to handle high pressure without the spongy feel of rubber hoses. The ends are finished with chrome-plated female 3/8"-24 AN-3 fittings. Note that the 42-inch length is the measurement between the inverted flares; the hose end nipples are sold separately to give you more flexibility during installation.
