About This Product
James Gaskets starter cover plate gasket in cork and rubber. Fits 1974 to 1978 XLH with Hitachi starters and 1979 to 1980 Sportsters with Prestolite starters. The cork and rubber compresses and conforms to slightly uneven surfaces on older cast covers. It stops primary fluid weeping around the starter mounting area. Replaces OEM 31461-70. Sold in packs of 10.
