About This Product
This S&S gear drive MR103G camshaft kit is designed for 1999 to 2006 Twin Cam engines, excluding 2006 Dyna models, that are still running stock non-hydraulic chain tensioners. The gear drive system is a massive reliability upgrade, eliminating the failure-prone factory chain setup and improving valve timing accuracy. These cams offer a .585-inch lift and are designed as a bolt-in for 103-inch engines, providing a significant power boost between 2500 and 5500 RPM. This complete kit includes inner and outer gears, hardware, bearings, and gaskets. While gear drives may produce a slight mechanical sound, the peace of mind and performance gains are well worth it. Adjustable pushrods are required to complete the installation.
