This Colony left-side control coil clamp is a precise reproduction of the original 56495-26 (also known as 3344-26) clamp. Finished in black parkerized for an authentic look, it comes complete with the 1190 (035) 10-32 x 3/8 fillister screw. This specific clamp was used on the ride control unit, which was the mechanical sliding predecessor to the modern shock absorber found on early Springer forks. It is designed to fit 1926 to 1934 Single models and 1929 to 1948 45" Flatheads. For those restoring an early Springer front end, this Colony hardware is essential for a period-correct and functional assembly.
