Biltwell solo seat hinge. The seat bracket is investment cast steel. The frame pivot is black electroplated 4130 chromoly. It fits the mounting studs on most solo seats. This is a common choice for bobber and chopper builds. The pivot bracket comes unfinished so you can weld it straight to the frame backbone without extra prep work. It includes a grade-8 Allen cap shoulder bolt that threads into the opposite side. That bolt acts as the hinge pin.
